Lou is our Accounting /  Finance Manager.  She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1980 with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a major in management.  She was a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon Marketing Fraternity in which she received the honor of Top Member Award for the Georgia Southern University Gamma Lambda chapter.  After a few years in the workforce, she went on to continue her education at Valdosta State University to complete more classes in advanced accounting and finance. Lou has been in the world of architectural accounting for over 30 years. She has been with Altman + Barrett since the formation of the architectural firm, having previously been with a different firm.  In addition to accounting, Mrs. Parker is well versed in Payroll and Human Resource Laws.  She handles all contracts and legal paperwork for our projects. Lou has been involved in all of our projects, from the largest to the smallest.
