This project was a 14,000 SF new construction to house nursing labs and offices. The building includes a skills-check off lab with 10 stations, equipment/ supply storage, virtual hospital with obstetrics room, ICU/ trauma room, medical/ surgical pediatric room, 2 medical/ surgical adult rooms, an orthopedic room, 2 debriefing rooms, a control room, 10 off ices, a conference room, student collaboration area and a nurse’s station. A small renovation of 3 classrooms and 2 off ices in the existing lecture building were also a part of this project.
