Mr. Altman has worked in the architectural design and construction administration of a variety of project types. His work primarily includes projects for Government, K-12 education, Higher education, and Historical facilities.

As co-owner and CEO, Walter is responsible for the development of Architectural Projects from Pre-Design / Master Planning Stage through the building occupancy and warranty issues. During his career, he has worked on hundreds of successful projects ranging in construction values up to $85,000,000. As a Principal Architect, Walter oversees scheduling of all design and production and assures that each stage of development is carefully coordinated. Having a wide range of design experience of educational buildings across the South East, he is dedicated to seeing it to its completion.
